We contacted them last spring looking for a new company. The man I talked to was very friendly and answered every question I had. He even gave me other question's to ask other companies on what I should look out for. We needed to have a new line installed and he was upfront about pricing and even went above and beyond what was needed to correct the issues we were having at no extra charge. I personally like being able to call and make a payment to have a credit to our account instead of needing to come up with hundreds of dollars at once.

We have not even started our contract with BCP and they sent someone to our home to check things. He told us that our boiler was not working. It was 5 degrees today and it had just stopped, he helped us figure out what part we needed and helped us find one. Then texted me tonight to make sure we got it fixed and when I told him no (because after spending all day finding the part I figured I could fix it myself), he told me how to fix it. Truly a great company and we will definitely be making the switch. The guys here are so kind and very customer oriented.
